Six-character mark of Kangxi within double ring in underglaze blue to base, possibly 19th century. Together with wooden display stand. Dish 23cm diam. Overall good condition without major damages or repairs. Only very faint 10mm hairline to edge to note.

A Chinese famille verte vase, 19th century, the rouleau shaped body externally decorated in the Kangxi manner depicting warriors, double concentric blue marks to the underside (at fault), 30.5cm high CONDITION REPORT:The piece shows a heart-shaped chip to the rim approximately 9mm wide which develops into a hairline crack at the tip. There is also a further 2mm wide loss to the rim. The body shows fine surface wear and some fine surface scratching.
