Six porcelain vases, including a early 20th century Kangxi mark Chinese blue & white dragon baluster vase, Wilton Ware gold & blue vase, German Tillowitz Art Deco vase, Bretby shouldered topaz-green vase, hand painted two handled blue glazed vase and 1930s Sylvac flower bowl. Dragon vase damaged and repaired at rim.
3 miniature double gourd blue & White vases, possibly from the Kangxi period and made C1680-1700 2 of the vases have the same pattern, but the vases are a slightly different shape. A Chinese porcelain dragon bowl in Kangxi style but 20th century, decorated in green enamels with sky dragons against a concentric wave incised ground, spurious Kangxi six character mark within a double circle, approx. 14cm diameter x 7.5cm high. Further details: generally good condition, minor wear and slightest surface marks.
CHINESE KANGXI MONOCHROME DISH. Kangxi mark and period (1662-1722), a blue glazed circular dish, the rounded sides rising from a short spreading foot to an everted rim, and covered to the interior and exterior with a consistant deep blue glaze. Some damages, 18cms diameter. *CR There are three hairline cracks that run from the rim downwards (all approx 3.5cms long), two small chips to the side of the rim, larger chip to the footrim, firing crack from manufacture to the base, tiny hairline to the footrim, couple of small marks to the interior, exterior with the odd small scratch.
CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE BOTTLE VASE. In the Kangxi style but probably later, the bottle vase with a garlic shaped neck, painted in famille verte enamels with flowers in lappet shaped panels, and further bands and sprigs of flowers. 20.5cms high. *CR Small firing crack just inside the rim, very tiny nick to the rim, and some brown stains inside the top section.
MATCHED PAIR OF CHINESE BLUE & WHITE JARS - KANGXI. Kangxi period (1661-1722) and probably originally yenyen vases that have been cut down. A matched pair of blue and white jars, one painted with court figures and attendents and a landscape scene, the other painted with figures in conversation including one holding a cow. The rims ground down and now with wooden lids, 27cms high (excluding the wooden lids). (2). *CR One jar with a star crack to the base, rim ground down, small nick to the rim.The other, rim ground down, otherwise seems fine.
CHINESE 19THC MIRROR BLACK & GILT VASE. 19thc but bearing Kangxi marks, a Chinese mirror black and gilded baluster shaped vase, painted with various flowers and leaves above a repeating pattern of leaves around the base. 25.5cms high *Provenance, formally owned by Lieutenant Commander Henry Radcliffe James, who lived at Edgeworth Manor near Stroud, and has passed through the family. *CR There is a stain to the rim, gilding has worn away from the rim, some gilding loss/wear to the body in places, small chips to the footrim.

A Kangxi style Gu shaped vase, with a flared rim and painted with two bands of stiff leaves to the upper and lower sections, the central section painted with various motifs. Unmarked, 19cms high *Provenance, formally owned by Lieutenant Commander Henry Radcliffe James, who lived at Edgeworth Manor near Stroud, and has passed through the family. *CR Some wear and scratches to the top of rim and inside, some marks and wear around the footrim and side of the base. Small pin hole inside and a small area of glaze loss to the base.
CHINESE ROULEAU POWDER BLUE PORCELAIN VASE - KANGXI. Kangxi period (1661-1722), a powder blue and gilded rouleau shaped vase, bearing an old label to the base. 44.5cms high. *CR Rim and inside seems fine with a few scratches and marks inside, unfortunataly a great deal of the gilding has worn away over time, some black marks around the shoulder of the vase, some marks to the body on one side, some wear to the base. Body seems to ring nicely.
