A large Quing Dynasty Kangxi porcelain vase and cover - the baluster shape body hand painted overall with prunus blossom on blue ground, the arch lid with dog of fo finial (a/f), the sides with lion head ring handles, 65cm high, with six character reign mark hand painted to base (late 17th / early 18th century).
A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE VASE with a slightly spool-shaped neck and a tapering square-section body decorated with mountainous landscapes, lakes, two figures seated on a rocky promontory in the shade of pine trees with a waterfall beyond and with various inscriptions, the neck and shoulders with sprays of grass, bamboo shoots and prunus, the base with a Xuande mark, Kangxi, 201/2" high.
A Chinese inscribed blue and white porcelain brush pot (bidong), mark and period of Kangxi, the cylindrical sides filled with a lengthy thirty-eight line text in seven sections, culminating in a three character mark and seal mark, six character mark of Kangxi in underglaze blue to base, height approx 15.7cm(See Illustrations on front cover & inside pages)

A large Chinese famille verte jar and cover, Kangxi, the domed cover decorated with seated figures, the baluster body decorated with a continuous narrative frieze, with three figures in a pavilion and six equestrians amongst clouds in a landscape, on a wood stand (damages). Provenance: Colstoun, Haddington, East Lothian, sold Sotheby's 22nd May 1990, lot 494. Property of The Drambuie Liqueur Company.
A Chinese miniature cafe-au-lait double gourd bottle, Yongzheng, (1723-1735), 2.25" high, Brodie Lodge Collection-label No.M19, a miniature Chinese snuff bottle, probably Kangxi decorated with ladies and flowers in underglaze blue covered over with a coral and gold finish, small rim chip, 2" high, Brodie Lodge Collection label No.B51 (2). M19 was bought at Sydney Moss on the 28th July 1933 for £17.6s.0d. B51 was bought from the Springs sale on the 23rd September 1933.

A pair of miniature porcelain cups, Kangxi (1662-1722) covered in a cafe-au-lait glaze to the exterior, 2" diameter, Brodie Lodge Collection label No.M178 and a miniature porcelain cup, Qing Dynasty, probably 18th century, decorated with three medallions of red dragons and green clouds over a white glaze on the outside and with a red dragon and red flames in the centre of the interior, rim repair, 2" diameter, Brodie Lodge Collection label No.V30, (3). Collection No.M178 bought from Sydney Moss, 21st June 1949 for £7.00. According to the Flore House inventory, these cups were 67 in Sotheby’s sale of Peter Boodes stock, 1st June 1949, Collection No.V30 bought from Sydney Moss on the 12th February 1946 for £2.10s.0d and exhibited at the Oriental Ceramics Society Exhibition, London 1951, No.249
