A Chinese Kangxi (1662-1722) period rose water sprinkler, the high tapered footrim extending to a bulbous body and terminating a tapered stem (cut down), decorated in underglazed blue depicting two wrythen dragons in pursuit of the flaming pearl, amidst fire scrolls and ruyi clouds, lotus mark to base, height 20cm, S/D. - Extensively cut down, approx. 6-7cm from the upper rim, with now chips at the upper rim, where the vessel has been cut.- large chip to underside of the footrim, approx. 2cm x 0.5cm in size, with two associated hairline cracks, each approx. 4cm - 5cm in length.

A Chinese 19th Century blue and white vase, of tapered ovoid form, rising from a splayed base, the body profusely decorated with two four-clawed dragons in pursuit of the flaming pearl, before foliage and flora, Kangxi four-character mark to base, lamped, height 27cm, S/D. The neck has been badly damaged and reglued. There is chipping to the foot rim and there are pieces rattling inside presumably from the weighting.

A pair of Chinese blue and white floral bottle vases, Kangxi, of globe and shaft form, painted scrolling foliage, underglaze 'G' mark under, 20cm high/Note: A similar pair of vases were sold in the Gerson and Judith Leiber collection, Sotheby's, 20th March 2018, Lot 405. The distinctive G mark has been the subject of speculation. Thought by some to be the initial of a western client who commissioned the items, it has also been suggested that it is a D copied erroneously from Delftwares. A third suggestion is to view the character (when turned through 90 degrees) as the Persian letter ye. Perhaps these wares were produced for a Persian or Mughal Indian patron/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: The pair are generally in nice condition. Each has a few scattered dimples to the glaze. One has a small firing hole/flaw in the glaze by the 'G' mark. The same vase has a tiny black flaw to the rim of the neck.

A Set of Four Chinese Porcelain Tea Bowls, Kangxi, of octagonal form, painted with alternating panels of figures and scrolls; A Similar Jumping Boy Pattern Circular Saucer; Another Saucer, painted with a figure in a garden within a panelled border; A Wrythen Fluted Saucer; and Three Various Qianlong Tea Bowls. Four octagonal tea bowls are in good order with very minor wear. Jumping boy saucer: in good order with very minor wear. Another saucer: with surface pitting and minor wear. Wrythen saucer: hairline crack running from rim to the foot, with another smaller, minor wear. Smaller teabowl: Forked hairline crack from rim to foot and minor wear. Other two with minor wear.

The cover has some residue to the underside where a protective pad has been at some stage, but again this just has light pitting.
