Pair of blue and white 'hundred boy ' porcelain vases and coversChinese, Kangxi (1662-1722)the scenes running around the body of each baluster vase, and the covers within a band below the rim with 'antiques', each 44cm high (including the covers)Provenance: Originally from the Richmond home of Professor Frederick Brown (1851-1941), British art teacher and painter.Enid Boulting (1928-2021), fashion model; former wife of Roy Boulting, film director (1913-2001) and later wife of the 9th Earl of Hardwicke. One vase has a star haircrack on the underside of the base and a crack near the rim, and various chips both to the surface and rim. The other has some chips. Both have surface losses and firing faults. One lid is chipped. They have been used as lamps up until recently, but not drilled.

A Delft comical monkey jug and cover, mid 18th century, modelled as a monkey holding a fruit up to its mouth and forming the spout, wearing a hat decorated in manganese, blue V over 3 mark, 19.7cm. (2)The subject matter derives from enamelled wine ewers of the Kangxi period in China where the monkey holds an open peach, based on a 16th century story called The Journey to the West.
A Chinese Kangxi porcelain bowl with painted exterior and silvered interior, six character mark to base, diameter 11cm (af).Condition Report: This bowl is broken as can clearly be seen in the photographs but it is a clean break, the two pieces can be married back togepther wuiet easily with no missing parts. there are no other signs of any hairlines, crakcs or chips to the bowl and the decoration is in good conditon and is free from rubbing. the interior isnt dirty and isnt stained with ink but insted with what seems to be silver paint, which has some areas of rubbing.

Smaller dragon vase with damage and restoration to the neck. Main body appears basically sound. There is chipping around the base - see images for further detail. Lid apparently a match as seems to be loose and slightly different in colour though very similar in design - see images for further detail
A Chinese porcelain famille vert ginger jar, cover, and stand, 19th century, the ovoid ginger jar decorated in the Kangxi manner with birds perched upon rocky outcrops beneath blossoming sprays, bearing green artemisia leaf to the underside, raised on an associated carved wood base, with carved wood cover, 19cm high overall (at fault)Condition report; Pitted and stained to the interior. Wear to the spear head borders towards the lower section and shoulder section of the jar. Some pitting and scratching can be seen to the exterior. Cover with visible losses. Cover measures 6cm internal diameter and 8cm external diameter.
