A Chinese porcelain vase of slender tapering form, blue glaze enameled flowers in colours pink, yellow, green, it has an unglazed base which stand in a wooden block for stability, there is a blue seal mark to the shoulder, bears the six character Kaishu mark for Kangxi to the base (The Kangxi Emperor, known as Shengzu of Qing reigned from 1661-1722), the vase 14.5cm high, overall:15cm , Can’t see any chips, cracks or restoration, there are manufacturing blemishes such as some roughness to the pink band running beneath the top rim
A pair of Chinese famille verte baluster dragon vases 20th century with earlier Kangxi marks, enamelled in bright polychrome colours, depicting five claw dragons chasing flaming pearl amidst clouds, above thick trellis style border, enclosing four reserves with precious objects, 16in. (40.6cm.) high.* Condition: Both with wear / nibbles and chips to bottom foot rims, some firing blemishes, no covers.
A pair of Chinese porcelain blue and white bottle vases possibly Kangxi period (1654-1722), painted with birds in flight amidst prunus branches and rockwork, a spray of peonies to the neck, one a flared, circular foot, painted double concentric lines to the base, 8in. (20.2cm.) high. (2)* Condition: One with two small chips to the lower edge of the glazed section above the foot. The other with several tiny chips and a number of glaze flakes to this area. Some small glaze scratches. No other damage or faults.
A Chinese export porcelain blue and white bowl in the Kangxi style, probably 19th century, with shop mark painted to base, the exterior in mottled powder blue with alternate fan shaped landscape reserves and circular reserves of precious objects, the interior with a similar central reserve and a band or precious objects below the rim, 8½in. (21.6cm.) diameter, repair to rim.* Condition: Restoration to rim - two pieces have been off and have a glued repair with retouches in paint along the breaks and to associated rim ships. Some glaze scratching to inside reserve. No other faults.
A Kangxi blanc-de-chine lion mask censer with impressed seal mark, 5½in. (14cm.) diameter, together with a Chinese blanc-de-chine quatrefoil tea bowl with floral bocage and blue & white butterfly to well, 3½in. (8.9cm.) at widest. (2)* Condition: Censer with small chip to rim and grazes to foot rim, light graze to upper rim on tea bowl, overall good.
A Chinese Kangxi period scalloped saucer with lotus leaf & scroll decoration four character mark within double concentric blue lines, 5¼in. (13.4cm.) diameter, together with a Yongzheng 'Boy & Butterfly' saucer and a late-Meissen saucer. Fullt title: A Chinese blue and white 'immortals' bowl, Shen De Tang Bo Gu Zhi ______ mark, KangxiDescription: Dia.: 20 cm - H.: 10,5 cm The mark, Shen De Tang Bo Gu Zhi ______, translates to Made in the antique style for the Hall for the Cultivation of Virtue. This hall mark appears on porcelains from the early Kangxi period and on imperial porcelains from the Daoguang period. The Hall for the Cultivation of Virtue was one of the private imperial residences of the old Summer Palace, the Yuanmingyuan, located northwest of the Forbidden City in Beijing. The hall was originally built by the Kangxi emperor and was expanded by the Yongzheng and Qianlong emperors. Eventually the Daoguang emperor, who reigned from 1821-1850, used the hall as a daily residence until his death. The entire complex, Including the Shendetang, was destroyed by European troops in 1860.
