Two decorative Chinese porcelain vase, 20th Century The first of baluster form, with allover crackle glaze detailed with green, red, and yellow enamels, depicting warriors in combat, together with a Kangxi figure famille verte vase and cover detailed with phoenix decoration, 20cm high. CONDITION REPORT: Jar and cover - Extensive restoration to the cover, area over painted and remodelled. Jar has firing cracks visible to the interior. Vase and cover - Cover has been glued unto the top of the base. Rattles when shaken, possibly indicating internal damage. Minor wear to enamel. Scuffing and wear to footrim.
A Kangxi ( Kang Xi ) Chinese blue and white vase of mallet / onion form. The vase raised on a circular ribbed foot decorated with floral prunus flower sprays. The globular baluster body decorated with scenes of farmer and ox on bridge , buildings and fisherman and boats. The waisted tapering neck of elongated form decorated with mountains. Six painted blue Chinese Kangxi marks to base. Measures 30 cm high.
Pair of Chinese porcelain underglaze blue decorated baluster shaped vases, flared necks and tapering bases, overall decorated with stiff plantain leaves and stylised lotus scrolls, with castellated bands to the rims. Four character Kangxi Nianho underglaze blue mark to base. (one badly damaged). (2)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: One vase has significant damage having cracks, repairs and large chips throughout rim, neck and body. The other vase has a small chip to rim and the neck has been off and re-glued. Crack vertically through body.
A Worcester shaped circular dish, decorated with gilt flowers and foliage on a wet blue ground, 21.5cm diam, label to verso, c.1770 Note: a similar pattern in the Zorensky Collection, Bonhams, Part I, Lot 79 A similar plate is No. 133 in the Klepser Collection, Simon Spero, page 120. This type of decoration very rare at Worcester derives from a Chinese Kangxi prototype. Condition Report: Good condition. Surface scratching and wear to gilding commensurate with age and use.

The majority of the plates have multiple cracks/breaks and repairs with the exception of a café au lait plate with a few very minor chips, a blue and white bowl, a leaf decorated plate and a Japanese plate.
