A c.1970 Villeroy & Boch "Acapulco" pattern part tea and dinner service comprising six dinner plates, five gratin dishes, five soup bowls, six saucers, five dessert bowls, four tea plates, five cups and saucers, two tile trivets and a preserve pot and lid. CONDITION REPORT: One of the dinner plates has a crack, another is chipped, the four tea plates are chipped, one of the bowls is chipped, one of the soup saucers is chipped, some surface dirt and abrasions commensurate with usage, otherwise good condition.

[48], [1]; [79], [2].The manuscript is a short (unpublished?) juridical-theological treatise on Law and Justice according to the theories of Thomas de Aquino and is bound with another short treatise on the vices against justice.Similar treatises with the same title («De iure et iustitia») were written by Leonard De Leys (see lots 38 and 39) and by Domingo Bañez.References: At Archivio Storico della Pontificia Università Gregoriana in Rome is located a similar manuscript (CNMD\0000182547) dated 1601-1700. Very fine conditions.
