[48], [1]; [79], [2].The manuscript is a short (unpublished?) juridical-theological treatise on Law and Justice according to the theories of Thomas de Aquino and is bound with another short treatise on the vices against justice.Similar treatises with the same title («De iure et iustitia») were written by Leonard De Leys (see lots 38 and 39) and by Domingo Bañez.References: At Archivio Storico della Pontificia Università Gregoriana in Rome is located a similar manuscript (CNMD\0000182547) dated 1601-1700.
