French porcelain mantle clock A/FCondition Report: The balance wheel moves freely, and when moved continues for a short time where you can see the cog behind it move in a ticking motion. I have tried to wind the clock and this appears to be jammed, so the clock may have been overwound at some point. One of the tile is signed John and the front tile has some damage.
