A pair of John Moyr Smith for Minton Aesthetic Movement cast brass and tile inset jardinieres, each Tonks & Son, Birmingham jardiniere inset with four tiles including; 'Excalibur', 'Geraint', 'Gareth' and 'Et-Arre' with 'Morte D'Arthur', 'Vivien', 'Et Arre' and 'Elaine', moulded factory marks, 20.5cm high (2) CONDITION REPORT: 1) of the four Minton tiles three have a glazed back and one does not. One side has lifted slightly and has been re-secured but does not sit well (please see the attached images for clarification on this) 2) All four tiles have glazed backs Some general surface scratching and wear throughout.
