A set of ten Art Nouveau tiles the ivory glazed square tiles with stylised poppy decoration, moulded trademark to reverse, 6in. (15.2cm.) square; together with three other antique tiles. (13) *Condition: Glaze crazing and some glaze wear to edges. All of the tiles have one (and some two) corners slightly cut - probably to fit a fireplace or washstand originally. The rose tile has heavy glaze wear. The two treacle glazed brick tiles are in good condition.

A group of four Edwardian Minton, Hollins and Co tiles of unusually large size, each painted with portraits of writers comprising Shakespeare, Milton, Byron and Dickens, each 30.5 by 30.5 by 1.2cm. (4)Shakespeare tile has a crack to the paint across the face, various wear, small chips and paint crackling to each.
Three pieces of 19th century Delft blue and white ceramics, a later 19th century charger with a river bank scene with birds and flowers to its centre, and geometric and floral panels to its rim with further decoration to its base, 34 by 6cm, a plate with profuse blue and white floral designs a/f, 22 by 3.2cm high, and a tile with windmill design, 13.3 by 13.3 by 0.9cm. (3)A repaired hairline crack to the small plate, small chips to the corners of the tile, surface wear to all three pieces.
