A rare c.1912 RMS Olympic silver plated teaspoon, two similar mid 20th century teaspoons with enamel decoration, one for the SS Lismoria and one for SS Laurentia, a 1930s silver plated White Star Line teaspoon for the RMS Calgaric, a 1920s Red Star Line silver plated spoon/fork and an early 20th century silver and enamel Royal Mail Steam Packet Co. teaspoon (6).
19th-20th century AD. Comrising a wooden cutlery tray containing: five large forks, a desert fork, a fish fork, a dessert spoon, a teaspoon and a sauce ladle (shell pattern, silver plated); eleven fish knives (rat-tail, silver plated, with engraved phoenix crest); with eight mixed small spoons and sugar tongs, plus nutcrackers (2) and other oddments (9"). Property of a Kent collector. 2.80 kg total, tray 33 x 26cm (13 x 10 1/4"). [41, No Reserve] Fine condition.
A set of six pairs of silver tea knives and forks having mother of pearl handles, by C W Fletcher & Son Ltd, Sheffield 1933. Condition Report: Overall condition is good but used. The mother of pearl handles have no visible chips or cracks but appear dull (ie.the butts). Some fork tines are very slightly bent, but all look to have had even wear. The knife blades look to be fairly uniform in wear. Marks are relatively clear.
A fine Royal William III silver-gilt Dog-nose spoon, by John Ladyman, London 1698, the reverse of the bowl with a plain rat-tail, the reverse of the terminal engraved with a crown and royal cipher of William III, the front of the terminal engraved with a 'Q', with a BADA export label, length 19.4cm, approx. weight 2.6oz. The matching fork to this spoon was sold in these rooms in the Silver Sale, 29th/30th April 2014, lot 472.

A Victorian silver-gilt private-die bread knife and fork, the handles by Robert Garrard, London 1846, the blade and tines by Henry Atkins, Sheffield 1862, the handles with scroll decoration and with a crest and crowned 'A', the blade with foliate scroll decoration, length of knife 27.8cm. (2) The insignia is that of Prince Alfred Ernest Albert, Duke of Saxony and Prince of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, who was nominated and privately invested Knight of the Garter by his grandmother, Queen Victoria, on her birthday, 10th June 1863.
