A pair of silver plated salad servers, with Doulton handles, circa 1900. Length 30 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This salad servers are in very good order. There is no damage, no repairs and no restoration to the handles. The silver plating is generally good although a little rubbed where the bowl of each spoon has had contact with a table or salad bowl surface. There is a small loss of plating to the rear of each bowl which is approximately overall 1 cm square on the spoon and .5 cm square in total on the fork. The loss of plating is minor.

(4.1cm.) high; together with a George VI silver toast rack, Birmingham 1937; and five pieces of silver flatware, weight 6.8 tr.oz. (8) * Condition: - Pair miniature porringers: Marks clear. Interiors heavily tarnished, and one has a patch of heavy tarnishing to exterior.- Toastrack: Good condition. Marks clear.- Flatware: Comprises - a Victorian fancy back christening fork & spoon set (Chawner & Co., London 1859-60), some wear to marks but still legible. Some wear to fruiting vine decoration. Fork tines bent inwards at tip. / Kings pattern teaspoon (London 1835, Mary Chawner) - Good condition / Two 20th century spoons - one good condition, the other has a slightly bent stem.
A good mahogany cased cake knife and fork set, early 20th century, six place, with carved ivory bamboo effect handles and floral engraved blades and tines, the fitted mahogany case with gilt lined maroon velvet and pleated silk interior. * Condition: Minor surface corrosion to plated handle mounts. Plating flake from edge of one knife blade, small corrosion spot to reverse on another. Ivory handles have a few brown stain spots. One knife handle with browning to top half. Case in very good condition, with key. Some tarnish spots to lacquered brass cartouche to lid.
A George IV silver mounted cut glass pickle jar, John & Thomas Settle, Gunn & Co, Sheffield 1827, the silver domed hinged lid with knopped finial over nonagonal panel cut body on circular star cut foot, 5¼in. (13.3cm.) high. * Condition: Lid has solder repaired split to either side of fork cut-out. Marks slightly rubbed but legible. Two small chips to top of glass body, plus some small frits to edges of cut decoration and edges of panel cutting.
