A 19th Century walnut and inlaid candle box, the hanger with inlaid castle decoration over the sloping lid, the front panel decorated with knife and fork and eating/drinking implements and a crescent moon within six stars, the whole rosewood cross banded CONDITION REPORTS 44 cm high Some chips, scratches and scuffs throughout. The top and the lid have been either replaced or repaired or messed about with one way or another with replacement hinges and possibly from another piece of furniture. Also a crack and split and resulting losses to the lid. The underside of the lid with a split, possible repair and a cut-out section to accommodate the edge of the box. Some damage to one of the corners and resulting split, possible repair. The body veneers split and cracked throughout, splits to the front of the marquetry and various splits to the sides and damages to the veneers. Some small missing pieces or veneers throughout. Has possibly had a new base. All over showing various general signs of wear and tear and possible restoration and general work done - see images for further details

A George V silver Christening mug inscribed "George 1927" (by Mappin & Webb Birmingham 1926), together with a three piece Christening set of knife fork and spoon, a pair of Georgian table spoons, tea spoon, mustard spoon, owl embossed handle, two cut glass dressing table jars, together with a button hook and shoe horn and two Indian silver salt spoons and a smaller button hook CONDITION REPORTS Mustard spoon is misshapen and has the remains of an elastic band to it. The dressing table pots lid is discoloured and coming apart. Mug has various surface scratches etc and is very tarnished inscribed "George 1927". Owl has various splits and damage throughout. Christening set fork is slightly bent, tarnished, surface scratches etc. All items have general wear and tear, surface scratches, small dents etc - see images for further details
A cased set of six George V silver tea spoons (by Emile Viner of Sheffield 1931), a cased set of six silver handled tea knives, a cased set of six dessert knives and forks and two cases containing a set of six silver sheathed handled tea knives and cake forks CONDITION REPORTS All cases are worn, surface scratches etc. The plated knife and fork set case is severely broken to the hinge and the plating is coming off the cutlery itself. Handles are split in various places etc. Tea knives are in an associated case, otherwise items have general wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details
