(10.1cm.) long; a Victorian silver & MOP fancy fork, Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham 1856; a pair of George V silver & MOP butter knives; gross weight 5.15 tr.oz.; and two Japanese silver plated salt spoons with lotus bowls. A Danish silver caddy or jam spoon by Hans Hansen, mid-20th century, impressed '925 Hans Hansen Sterling Denmark', with deep squared bowl and kicked-up handle with hook, 2½in. (6.3cm.) long, weight 1.08 tr.oz.; together with a silver three-pronged pickle fork with stainless steel tines; and a silver and nickel plated corn-on-the-cob prong, both marked Sterling. dating: 18th Century provenance: Europe, Iron, 33 mm cal. barrel, shaped as a truncated cone, decorated with five rings and provided with vent at the back and moulded muzzle at the nozzle; with breech pommel. Trunnions with gun-fork. On a wooden base, also adaptable to a bigger cannon. With small wheels and some iron mounts, painted in red; barrel gun-fork en suite. length totale 79 cm.
dating: 15th Century provenance: Italy, Breechloading artillery in wrought iron. With round, smooth-bore, 45 mm cal. barrel, with moulded muzzle and eight sealing rims; back part with opening and frame for chamber piece, shaped as a pint and provided with a handle. At the bottom of the structure an iron pivot for chamber piece fixing, followed by a long tiller for pointing. An articulated gun-fork support in the center below. Mounted on a big, wooden log. length 145.5 cm.
