Manticha & Co, Glasgow, with replaced thermometer and vernier scale, enclosed by a hinged glazed door, the body with a moulded edge and a turned cistern cover with barbers pole stringing, 38.75in (98.5cm) h. Pediment replaced.
An early 19th century mahogany banjo shape wheel barometer, with a broken swan neck pediment with mother of pearl rondals centred a brass urn, above silvered dials of a hygrometer, thermometer, and a 10 inch main dial, above a turned ivory adjuster knob, the level dial signed Greener & Chiesa, LIVERPOOL, the case with boxwood and ebonised stringing, 41.25in (105cm) h.
A late Victorian oak case barometer, the architectural surmount with dentil cornice above a silvered thermometer flanked by reeded Doric pillars, the circular 9in silvered barometer dial inscribed Salom & Co. London and Edinburgh, corners carved foliage and a foliage carved breakfront base. 3ft 8.5in (113cm).
