An early 20th century oak aneroid barometer with mercury thermometer. Height 48 cm, width 19 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The wooden case is in generally good condition with no issues. The thermometer operates. There are no cracks to the thermometer dial. The brass surround to the barometer dial is discoloured and a little rusty. We are not sure if the barometer mechanism operates or not, it is currently showing stormy. (Typists note - last night after this was dictated, we did have very windy and rainy weather! This may be a coincidence)
