In the drawers all kinds of powders and notes including one with opiates, a glass syringe, an hourglass, a thermometer, a measuring cup, a scale, a pipette, an ear syringe in a wooden spherical box with screw thread, three silver ear funnels and three mini bottles with cut stoppers and two glass cups with lids. Via a special pin on the front, a secret compartment at the back can be opened with four bottles, also with sharpened stoppers. The bottles in this travel pharmacy bear the designation of W. Hudson & Son, Chemists and Druggists, 27 Hay Market, London. England, around 1800.H. 26 cm. W. 22 cm. D. 17.5 cm.Condition report available onrequest.

CONDITION REPORT On first impression, it appears to be a single lens pocket microscope, however William Watson also made telescopes and sights for military use and this could possibly be an element or a part from one of those items.
