A French clock/barometer carriage clock set: to one side an eight-day duration timepiece movement having a platform lever escapement, with applied filigree work to the centre of the silvered dial, Arabic hour numerals and blued steel hands, to the other side a matching barometer with a blued steel hand and adjustable brass pointer, with a thermometer set between and a compass to the top, the brass case with a fixed carrying handle, height 16.5 cm.
