Provenance: Private collection, Hampshire (ref. B173); purchased from these rooms 7th September 2010 (lot 32) for £220 hammer. A. Rivolta is recorded in Banfield, Edwin BAROMETER MAKERS AND RETAILERS 1660-1900 as working in Chester circa 1815-45.
