A 1985 Mercedes-Benz 380SL (R107) registration number C104 AWS, engine number 11696222042500, chassis number WDB1070425A034430, silver. The third generation of Mercedes-Benz sports car was introduced in 1971. As with previous generation SLs the car was supplied with a substantial steel hardtop which effectively made the svelt two seater into a coupé. The R107 would remain in production until 1989, becoming one of the most successful Mercedes models in the process. This very original and low mileage (66,800 miles from new) 380SL has had three previous keepers prior to our vendor purchasing the Mercedes from Dick Lovett in 1997. Finished in silver with a contrasting brown tex and check cloth interior with matching chocolate brown softtop it is described by our vendor as being in very good condition in all respects and is only for sale as our vendor is not using the car sufficiently (covering only a few miles each year). R107 series cars have seen a steep rise in value in recent years and this example, with its low mileage and ownership will look good in any collection. V5C, MOT to May 2019 See illustrations

This 450 SLC is finished in the most attractive colour combination of metallic Gunmetal grey with a vibrant bright red leather interior. Displaying just over 80,000 miles on the odometer this automatic grand tourer is fitted with electric windows and sunroof. Described by the vendor as a tidy example which always gets favourable comments when out and about. The 450 SLC will be offered for auction with some past MOTs and recent receipts. The value of the 107 shape Mercedes has strengthened in recent years and the SLC in particular is now being recognised for the outstanding car that it always was.
