Four Chinese porcelain plates: one painted in underglaze blue with panels of female musicians and flowers, circa 1880; two with flowers and trees and complex borders, mid-18th century export; and a curious deep Dish, simply decorated with three blue enamel sprays of asters at the rim (4) CONDITION REPORT: The plate with the lot number on it has hairlines and is discoloured, it is 22.5cm. The plate with the panels and eight figures appears OK but is quite stained. There is a small match head sized chip piece of porcelain away from the edge, the diameter is 24cm. The dished bowl is quite discoloured and exhibits minor rim fritting but appears reasonable otherwise, diameter 23cm. The larger Delft style bowl has minor chips away to the underside of the edge of the lip, exhibits some staining although this can be washed off. Minor rim fritting, diameter 27.5cm.
A large mid-19th century figured mahogany cased eight-day Longcase Clock, the swan-neck pediment above a 14" enamel dial with moon-phase mechanism, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds hand, date aperture and signed 'John Spurrier, Tewkesbury' and flanked by classical-style columns, triple-arched rosewood crossbanded trunk door and raised on short bracket feet, approx. 247cm high (with weights, pendulum and keys)
A fine 20th century repeater brass-cased Carriage Clock, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals and signed Matthew Norman (London), with subsidiary alarm dial below, the gilded numbered movement striking on a gong, together with key, with inscribed presentation plaque to front plinth base, 14cm high CONDITION REPORT: Although this has not been professionally tested we have wound it up and it seems to be working, it is in fairly good order overall with a few minor scratches to the edge of the top of the clock on the metalware. The clock is intact and appears to be in reasonable working order overall with no major problems. A Masonic silver gilt Jewel (Marlborough Chapter) No. 1399, presented to E. Comp. B.P. Jackson in recognition of his services to the Chapter CONDITION REPORT: The compact is engine turned on the back and appears in good order. The enamel on the front also appears in reasonable order except for surface scratches commensurate with age visible under a loop. There are three small 3mm patches away in the form of lines towards the left hand side of the rear hinge and in the Auctioneers view this could be rectified fairly easily. The mirror inside is in good order. The lipstick container has a very minor indentation to the silver lid showing near the middle which is not particularly visible. The enamel on the cylinder appears in good order generally although the silver lid and base is slightly discoloured and tarnished which could probably be polished out. The items appear to be presented in the original box.
An 18ct gold and enamel half hunter fob watch by Baume & Co., early 20th century, signed fob wound gilt metal lever movement, 29mm. white enamel Roman dial, floral and foliate engraved 33mm. case signed 'B&Cie' with blue enamel Roman chapter ring, on a 9ct gold bow brooch attachment. (2)* Condition: Two small scratches to case glass and a couple of tiny nicks to surface of enamel. Case very good. Dust cover rolled gold with engraved presentation inscription. Tiny chip to edge of dial at XI. Winds and runs.
A George IV 18ct gold key wound fusee verge open face pocket watch, hallmarked London 1824, the movement signed Loudan, Grt. Surrey Strt., no. 767, over sprung two arm steel balance with engraved balance cock and gilt metal dust cover, the 45mm. white enamel dial with Roman numerals, gold hands and subsidiary seconds, the case with engine turned border and engraved monogram WM to back.* Condition: Watch runs briefly but then stops. Will require cleaning and servicing, possibly further repair. Dial good with no damage or hairlines. Minute hand bent downwards towards tip. Small crack to edge of glass at 5.30 and some wear and scratching to glass around edge. Wear to engine turning on case and a few small dings to case back. Hanging loop worn thin to one side , probably from a fob chain.
An Edwardian 18ct gold open face fob wind pocket watch, the case hallmarked London 1910, 39mm. white enamel Roman dial with subsidiary seconds at six, signed with no. '62867', the 46mm. case and gilt full plate lever movement with matching nos.* Condition: Winds and runs. Very good overall. Very faint ding to back of case. Gilt to fob winder and hanging loop worn, showing brass beneath. Dial good with no chips or hairlines.

An antique Continental gilt metal trinket box, c.1900, of rectangular rounded form, the hinged lid with enamel foliate decoration, inset glass beads and a raised circular porcelain disc depicting a classical maiden, the lid opening to reveal a bevelled glass mirror with delicate gilt-metal frieze, the underside engine turned, 3in. (7.5cm.) long; together with a sea-bean trinket box, in as found condition. (2)* Condition: Nut patch box with major splits. Gilt metal box very good with tiny losses to enamel leaves.

AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY FRENCH ENAMELLED CLOCK IN THE TURKISH MANNER, manufactured in France, the exterior with a Grecian vase finial and stepped enamel tablets above a bow-fronted frieze, the glazed doors and sides flanked by gilt and enamel pillars, on a conforming base on pointed bun feet. The enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals with blued steel hands with a twin-train movement and a twin-barrelled mercury pendulum, with a key and winder, 41 by 21 by 16cm.
