Is not in its original box. There ares some small areas of wear to the surround and the glass is in need of a good clean. There is also wear to the shoulders. Beidseitig der Wandung und im Spiegel vierpassige Goldornamentreserven mit Lüsterfond sowie eisenrot-purpurfarbenem Laubwerk. Darin szenische Darstellung von festlich gekleideten Chinesen in blühenden Gartenlandschaften in feiner polychromer Malerei. Der Koppchenboden mit asiatischem Blumendekor. Umlaufende Goldspitzenbordüre. Außenwandung der Unterschale mit drei eisenroten Ringlinien. Gold-Nr. 52 bzw. 68. Unterschale abweichend. An 18th century silver pair cased pocket watch, the enamel dial with Roman numerals, the movement signed Pet Garon, London, 1919, the back of the case with engraved decoration incorporating initials, flowers and tools, the outer case with silver coloured metal inlaid decoration to the tortoiseshellSlight loss to enamel dial, underneath the 6, there is slight rubbing to around the key winding hole, the tortoiseshell has slight loss and there are a few areas of loss to the silver inlaid decorationWinds and runs but we do not guarantee this nor that it keeps good time, 1919 is movement number, dial looks to be period and not replaced, case possibly later than watch movement, mark is rubbed so possibly earlier, tortoiseshell case possibly could be later but no way of telling but does fit the watch, makers mark probably "John Lamb" who was active mid 18th century, case probably later to movement

This watch is absolutely beautiful. The vibrant blue enamel has lovely movement. Some slight damage to the enamel in one spot. Movement is Swiss. The face of the watch is white and has a gold tone surround with gold tone dots at each number. Sterling silver engraved leaf shapes surround the loop at the top. The watch chain is sterling silver with four decorative sections of sterling silver and enamel inlay. The chain has a spring clasp where it attaches to the watch. Backstamp Sterling. Watch: 3"cir.
