A J & W Ridgway porcelain cream bowl and cover with indistinct red painted pattern no. to base, c1825-30, 21.5cm across and a John Ridgway teapot numered 2/1917 in red, 25.5cm across - Part of a private owner collection CONDITION REPORT: Cream bowl - Lid: Very small unglazed area to the inner rim. Extremely minor wear to the gilding on the finial. Slight pitting to the glaze. Bowl: One handle broken and re-glued. Brown stain to the interior. Some crazing to the glaze. Two hairline cracks running in from the outer rim and a crack beneath the glaze running around the inner rim. Some pitting to the glaze on the underside of the foot. Teapot - Lid: Firing crack within the rose head finial. Some yellowing to the glaze on the finial and a small patch beneath it. Pot: Several hairline cracks on the exterior of the body above and on the foot (approximately 15), and also around the spout (approximately 9). The end of the spout has been broken and re-glued. Very minor scratches to the enamel decoration. There is a crack running around the top section of the handle near the join to the body.
A Chinese export Qianlong famillè rose porcelain trio, the cup 5.8cm high, the bowl 7.2cm diameter, the saucer 12.2cm diameter CONDITION REPORT: Coffee cup - Chip to the rim. large crack running down from the chip and curling around as it reaches the bottom of the body. Small star crack to the base. Slight wear to the enamel and gilding on the outside of the cup. Teabowl - Chip to the rim. Hair line crack running down the body from the chip. Firing fault to the bottom of the body/foot. Slight wear to the gilding and enamel on the outside of the cup. Saucer - Slight wear to the gilding.
A quantity of late 18th and early 19th century porcelain tea and coffee cups and saucers, comprised of a teacup and two saucers, a cup and saucer, a single tea cup, two coffee cans and seven saucers - Part of a private owner collection CONDITION REPORT: Cup and saucer with green, silver, black and maroon decoration: Cup - Lustre with slight wear to the handle and very minor wear to the rim, with a small chip to the foot, 5.4cm high. Saucer - Slight wear to the silver lustre glazed rim, 13.8cm diameter. Tea cup and two saucers: Cup - Gilt rim worn and has areas of nibbling. There is a hairline crack running down the side of the cup which has a small chip to the outside of the crack as it runs down, 5.8cm high. Saucer one - Minor wear to the gilding on the rim, 4.6cm diameter. Saucer Two - Hairline crack running from the rim to the foot, with minor wear to the gilding, 4.6cm diameter Blue and White Coffee Can - Wear to the gilding on the rim. Areas oof light brown staining to the handle, foot, base and interior, 6.2cm high Coffee Can decorated with classical figures - Wear to gilding on handle and rim. Five small chips to the foot rim. To the centre of the base there is a four-point star hairline crack. Crazing to the interior. There are very minor scratches to the decoration, 6.3cm high Two saucers with green and gilt decoration: Saucer One - Gilt worn in several areas. Hairline crack running from the rim towards the foot and a very slight 4-point star hairline crack to the underside of the foot, 15cm diameter. Saucer two - Gilt worn in several places. Hairline crack running from the rim towards the foot, 14.7cm diameter Gilt and black decorated cup - Gilding with some wear to the rim and handle, 6cm high Wedgwood silver lustre saucer - Painted number to base AMH5734 with impressed marks and printed factory marks. Some minor wear to the silver lustre on the rim, 13.2cm diameter. Saucer with raised lattice and scroll decoration - Hairline crack running down from the rim to the foot, 15cm diameter Saucer with bird amongst foliage (matches jug in lot 41) - Large chip to the rim with one small and one larger hairline crack running down from it. Wear to the gilding on the handle and the rim. Chip to the rim by the handle. Several hair line cracks to the base. Small hair line crack running out from where the top section of the handle joins the body, approximately 8mm long. Scratch to the enamel decoration across the figure's black hat. Tea cup - Wear to the gilding on the handle and rim. Some crazing to the glaze. Scratches to the glaze on the interior of the bowl. Saucer - Section to the rim broken and repaired with staples. Glaze crazed. Very minor wear to the gilt rim. A hairline crack runs along the base visible on the underside approximately 5.7cm long

An early 19th century Derby porcelain two-handled sauce tureen and lid, hand painted with sprigs of red and blue flowes with gilt foliage and detail, raised on lion paw feet with lion mask terminals to handles and feet, 17.5cm across x 13.5cm high, and a matching stand, 22.5cm x 18cm, each with red painted standard mark - Part of a private owner collection CONDITION REPORT: The glaze is crazed to all pieces. Lid - Wear to gilt on the handle, lion's mask terminals and around the rim of the spoon hole. One flower has a flaked patch of blue enamel. Tureen - All areas of the gilt have patches of wear except the rim and the leaf decoration. There is brown staining to the body by one of the handles around the lion's mask terminal. Some small areas of enamel have flaked from the flowers. There is a dark brown firing fault (dot) on the rim. Stand - The gilt rim is worn. There is slight yellowing of the glaze to one area of the rim. One small hairline crack running from the rim, approximately 8mm long

Numbered 2/484 to the base. 15.1cm across Jug two: Decorated in enamel with a bird amongst foliage (matches saucer in lot 18). Very minor wear to the gilding, mostly to the handle. Crack to the base of the handle. Firing crack to the interior, approx 1cm 2/3 way up running vertically in line with the handle. 14.2cm across. Jug three: Silver lustre and enamel decorated jug - Lustre worn in several places, blue enamel extensively chipped/flaked off. Scratches to the glaze and decoration. Black firing faults to the base of the interior, 12.3cm across. Jug four: Silver lustre and purple enamel landscapes - Landscapes scenes very worn and scratches. Lustre worn in several places. Several areas of light brown staining. Crack 3.5-4cm long running down from the rim near the spout. Hairline crack to the base, 14cm across. Jug five: Fluted body with enamelled floral decoration - Numbered 134 to the base in red, small chip to the rim near the spout, enamel decoration with some chipping and flaking. Grey tide mark stain to the lower interior, 14cm across. Jug six: Barr Flight and Barr - A few very minor scratches to the glaze and the transfer decoration, 14.5cm across. Jug seven: Charles Bourne - With raised feather, ribbon and swag decoration and hand painted floral sprigs, red painted mark to the base CB 340 and very minor wear to the gilding. 14.5cm across.

Hairline crack running in from the rim where the restoration is, approximately 5cm long. A few of the flower heads are chipped. The bird finial has come off and been restored, as has it's tail. Bowl - Gilt rim worn. One bird has a small chip to it's tail and the other one has a restored tail. A few of the flower heads are chipped as are several of the leaves. One foot is cracked with several additional small firing cracks to the underside of the base.

An area of light brown staining below the rim near the handle. Chamberlains cup - Gilding to foot rim worn. Gilding to the base of the interior worn. Remainder of gilding with minor wear. The body of the cup on the interior is creased. Copeland cup and saucer - Cup: Handle restored with slight crazing to the rim of the cup by the handle. Very small chip to foot possibly done in the factory. Saucer: Small chip to the foot rim. A few scratches to the blue ground. A hairline crack running down from the rim approximately 1cm long
