A Brocot Paris carriage clock with repeat, in the Japanese style. Retailed by Russells of Liverpool (the name on the dial). It has a two-train movement chiming on a gong. The movement is stamped A . B, serial number 319. Contained in a lovely case with Japanese side panels consisting of birds, boat and Japanese figures with enamel-style colours. Front and back panels are bevelled glass. It has a white dial with Roman numerals and Arabic minutes with 'Russells Liverpool' below 6 o'clock.Dimensions: 7½" (top handle) x 5" x 4".Condition: Good condition. Some tarnishing of the lacquer around the top edges. Movement working at time of cataloguing but not fully tested.

Several rim chips, some enamel off / heavy rubbed/ grazed - especially bianco sopra bianco border, as with all the other plates too.4. 23cm - no star crack, otherwise similar to (3), but only tiny rim chips5. 24.5 cm - several tiny rim chips; enamel rubbing & some significant enamel losses

Cruet: handle detached and repaired in two parts at mid section below loops, chips and paint losses to both bottle recesses, further chips and losses to outside rims of top and bottom of body, three foot rims with large chips and losses - A/F2. tureen and stand: small chips to rim and foot rim, probable repair to handles, two hairline cracks to borders and chip to foot rim of stand 3. 5.5cm vertical hairline crack mid body section from rim Wear to all commensurate with age and use

Contained in a lovely gilded case with cloisonné enamel work of flowers and swags in turquoise, reds, pink and blue. Lovely decoration. Has a winding key and pendulum. Dimensions: 13½" x 8" x 4½" deep. Condition report: Good condition, no signs of cracks to the dial. The gilding is slightly faded.

(2)Watches are not currently working. Dial of Kendal & Dent watch is cracked and minute hand is loos, case is sprained. Chronograph slider of unsigned watch is stuck.

(2)R Tyler watch is not currently functioning. Unsigned watch is functioning but timekeeping not tested. Hinge is broken on case back and bow is missing from the winder.
