London Transport bus stop enamel E-PLATE for route 298 Mon-Sat and destinated Cockfosters, Potters Bar, South Mimms. This dates from the introduction of the route in 1968 until 1970 when it was withdrawn north of Cockfosters. It is likely to have been located at Turnpike Lane or Southgate Station. Small blemishes at the edges but generally in very good, ex-use condition. [1]
Selection (5) of 1950s-80s BUS STOP FLAGS, all double-sided and comprising 'Omnibuses stop by request' (enamel), 'Form queue this/other side', (alloy), Colchester Borough Transport (alloy), East Kent Buses (plastic) and East Yorkshire Motor Services (alloy). They measure 12-13" (31-33cm) across with varying depths. In good to very good, ex-use condition. [5]
Pair of London Transport/London Country coach stop enamel E-PLATES for Green Line route 715A, one in each direction, the first destinated Saturday, Ripley, Guildford (these were recorded between Kingston and Cobham) and the second Saturday, Hertford (these were recorded between Palmers Green and Hoddesdon). Both are in very good, ex-use condition with minor blemishes. [2]

Southern Railway enamel TARGET SIGN from Faygate (written by the SR as two words!) station on the former LB&SCR line between Littlehaven and Ifield, known as the Arun Valley or Mid-Sussex Line. Measures 28" x 13" (71cm x 33cm) and has some small areas of well-matched restoration, mainly at the edges, but presents very well overall. An uncommon sign. [1]
London Transport Tramways District Inspector's solid-silver and enamel CAP BADGE with 'gold'-plating from the first batch manufactured for the new LPTB in 1933. Badge is serial number 403, made by J R Gaunt and hallmarked for 1933. Upon the merger of the trolleybus/tram and central bus departments in 1950, these badges were then issued to Road Inspectors of the combined operation. In very good, ex-use condition with no material blemishes. An excellent example. [1]
London Transport bus stop enamel E-PLATE for route 247C Mon-Fri Special Journeys. The 247C was planned to run between Romford and Toot Hill with a single BL-class bus but was cancelled owing to concerns about road widths. The e-plates had already been manufactured but were never used. In as-new condition. [1]
Pair of London Transport 1980s enamel & vinyl BUS STOP FLAGS for the London Coaches subsidiary, the first is for the 'London Plus' Original London Transport Sightseeing Tour (note the 1930s-style bullseye) and the second for London Liner, the London to Birmingham express service operated jointly with WMPTE. The flags are double-sided, hollow, 'boat-style' and measure the standard 18" x 16" (46cm x 40cm). Both are in excellent condition with barely a blemish. [2]

HxBxT: 38,5/26,5/13,5 cm. Leichte Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren, im Kurztest funktionsfähig. HOUR LAVIGNE "Table clock with astrolabe". Paris, zaponé, brushed and polished brass, heavy stepped stand under two hexagonal columns, in vertically divided construction, with enamel resp. silver marbled lacquer, between the columns, the clock with Roman hours and separate indications for day of the week, month and day, at the bottom a cut-out with moon phase indication, the astrolabe with illustration of the signs of the zodiac, sunset and moon movement, base with marking at the bottom: 1593 172 657 / France, two quartz movements. HxWxD: 38,5/26,5/13,5 cm. Slight signs of age and use, functional in short test.
