An 18th/19th century oak four-poster bed, with 'knob' turned uprights and fielded panelled bases, lacking cornice, restorations, damage, approximatel 120cm wide x 225cm highCondition report: Restoration includes repair of one upright, formerly broken in half and later 23cm section of lower stile on front left spliced-in (ie. foot end) and later lower sections of rails front and back base panels. Lacking original rails and cornice. Later cast iron rails and top 'bars'. Losses and chips due to old woodworm/frassing, including reverse of foot end and 'merese' on top of one post.
