Candidates for Brooke's nunc est bibendum' (now there is drinking); horsemen leaping a wattle fence and gate (left)and a fenced copse (centre) while the hounds cast about for the secnt (right), title beneath '12. Gens humana ruit O' Crus O' Brachia! TWO PIECES OF WING AND FUSELAGE CANVAS FROM THE HURRICANE MKI VT-ASM, the RAF Museum, Hendon have confirmed that the RAF Serial of the aeroplane was P3835. Delivered in 1940 to 246 Squadron based at Aldergove, Northern Ireland, it was transferred to 315 (Deblin) (Polish) Squadron in 1941 and later in the same year to 303 (Polish) Squadron at Speke, Liverpool. In 1944, it was transferred to 1825 Squadron A.T.C at East Finchley where it became a "Gate Guardian" and was scrapped on site post war. (With related Provenance).
