A French silver chocolate pot, late 19th century, (mark for post 1879 French .950 silver), of typical tapered circular form with crowned eagle, swagger, wreath and banded, grape and leaf decoration, the turned ivory handle set at right angle. (Restorations). Height 12 cm. (Total weight 221.7 g).

An autographed letter from Dylan's daughter, Aeronwy Thomas to Hetty about Christmas and the death of her mother-in-law 6. A charming 1982 framed and glazed letter, with envelope, from Dylan's eldest child Llewelyn, again addressed to Hetty Owen and concerning the unveiling of the plaque to Dylan Thomas in Poet's Corner, Westminster Abbey. AN INVESTITURE CHAIR an icon of design being the 1969 Prince of Wales Investiture chair by Lord Snowdon, built in stained beech and plywood with olive-ash and embossed with the Prince of Wales motif in gold leaf, the chairs were manufactured by Welsh Remploy factories. This particular chair is being sold together with a green ground rug decorated with Prince of Wales feathers and a well-preserved package of ephemera kept by the family of David Powell Williams the Chaplin for the Investiture. Includes admission-pass, Investiture Chair order-form, original invitation addressed 'The Rev D WIlliams', Ceremony Order of Service, three Souvenir Programmes, black and white photograph of the ceremony, commemorative copy of the Liverpool Daily Post, seven Official photographic slides etc Provenance: Reverend David Powell Williams
