SEX PISTOLS - ANARCHY IN THE UK 7" - CHRIS THOMAS CREDITS. A superb example of the original UK pressing of the debut cut from the Pistols (EMI 2566 with 'Produced By Chris Thomas' on both sides - this label error was very quickly changed as Dave Goodman actually produced the track). The record is in exceptional Ex+ or archive condition - there are very few markings to note even under very strong and intense light. The labels are extremely clean and the lack of any real spindle markings indicate that this has been played sparingly! Matrix/stampers: EMI 2566 A-1 1 M & 2566 B-2 1 M. Complete with the original 'generic' black sleeve which is in VG+ with some light wear to the edges. A brilliant copy of one of the great political statements in the post-British Invasion history of music.

Used on two occasions, the cabinet rooms were finally decommissioned in 1944, after which they used by the British Post Office as staff rooms before finally falling into disrepair following water ingress.
