(13.4cm.) wide. * Condition: Good condition overall. Small worns patches to silk to corners of purse, and some minor wear to edges. Some fading to pale purple silk to front. Silver plating to rivet heads worn. Some wear to interior edges. Silver and netsuke in good condition.

(3.2cm.) high. * Condition: Good condition with no damage.

A Japanese carved ivory netsuke, Meiji period (1868-1912), with three leverets playing amongst toadstools, on naturalistically carved base, the leverets with glass eyes, two character signature to stem of one of the toadstools, 2½ x 2in. (6.4 x 5.1cm.). * Condition: Scratch to top of two toadstools and another to one leveret's ear. No other damage. Good condition overall.

(3) * Condition: Two bad impact marks and loss of 5mm enamel patch to first vase, 3mm impact to second vase.  12mm piece of ivory missing to dorsal fin of fish.

(7 x 5.1cm.). * Condition: Inro has some wear to finish throughout. No damage to compartments. Netsuke lacks approx. 50% of shibayama inlay.

(7.6cm.) high, with attached carved ivory netsuke modelled as a recumbent cow or water buffalo, 1½in. (3.8cm.) long. * Condition: Inro in poor condition, with edge chipping throughout, new string to attach netsuke and wear to decoration. Netsuke in good condition with no damage.

(7.6 x 5.7cm.); together with a circular cinnabar lacquer covered pot with relief fruit and foliate carving, 3in. (7.6cm.) diameter, poor condition. (2) * Condition: Inro: Good condition, with no faults.Netsuke: Wear to painted decoration. Otherwise good.Pot: Poor condition, with extensive chips and losses to lacquer.
