Antique Ivory Erotic Netsuke Finely carved in the form of a recumbent nude female figure lying on a shikibuton, her knees drawn up to her chest, her arm behind her head. Signed to underside. Good condition, length, 2 inches. This figure cannot be exported outside the E.U without a CITES permit.

A Japanese carved ivory netsuke, Meiji period (1868-1912), with three leverets playing amongst toadstools, on naturalistically carved base, the leverets with glass eyes, two character signature to stem of one of the toadstools, 2½ x 2in. (6.4 x 5.1cm.).* Condition: Scratch to top of two toadstools and another to one leveret's ear, no other damage. Very good condition overall.
