It is stamped '18CT' and 'PLAT' and in our opinion it would test as platinum fronted setting on a gold shank. The diamonds measure; 5.18mm x 5.02mm x 2.61mm = 0.47ct, 5.24mm x 5.15mm x 3.11mm = 0.51ct. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity I1/I2. Gross weight 3.2 grams.
