An emerald and diamond bracelet with alternate links of diamonds and emeralds The 7 diamond links each comprise of two round brilliant cut and ten marquise cut diamonds claw set in a tiered fashion. The 7 emerald links each comprise of twelve round brilliant cut emeralds set in a tiered rhombus form. 14 links in all. Insurance valuation from 1981 for £11500. Length of bracelet 18.5 cm inc clasp, internal circumference 17cm.The bracelet is in good condition. Each of the 7 links of diamonds contains approx 1.3ct of diamonds which totals approx 9.1ct in total. The diamonds are fairly well matched. Clarity grades do vary, mostly SI1 and higher, however there are a couple of the marquise diamonds with eye visible inclusions/ feathers etc. No apparent damage to the diamonds. The emeralds are mostly in very good condition, however there are some with nibbles and minor dents and scratches.Please see the buyer's terms and conditions for purchasing diamonds and coloured gemstones. An early 20th century emerald and diamond three stone ring, the central square cut emerald with an old cut diamond to each side, set within white metal claw setting edge leading to yellow metal shank, ring size O 1/2, 1.8gms, total emerald weight estimated 0.20ct, total diamond weight estimated 0.40ct Condition report: All claws are present, appear a little low to the emerald. Diamonds: Both old cut diamonds are eye clean and lively. There have inclusions seen with x10 loupe. One appears to have a minor surface reaching fracture. Emerald: Nibbles to table to top right hand corner. Inclusions within stone seen with x10 loupeRing would benefit from a clean. Shank is thin commensurate with age and wear. Under bezel is a little thin in areas, may require attention.
