An early 20th century gilt bronze and bohemian glass tablelamp. The glass is emerald green with white and gilt overlay and having castellated top, 33.5cm to top of glass. The glass is 19th century and the top section of a vase, there is a chip to the lower rim that can be hidden to the rear. The wiring may need to be replaced by a qualified electrician.

A Victorian smoky topaz brooch/pendant, the emerald-cut stone approximately 21mm x 15mm with c-scroll decoration, unmarked, tests for high quality gold, 35mm x 25mm, 10.21g and a pair of screw-back round-cut smoky topaz earrings (each stone 13mm diameter) on a 9ct basket setting, stamped, 5.77g (2)

The stone is four-prong set showing a rectangular step halo bezel and shoulder all being set with natural Diamonds totaling 32 round brilliant cut stones with a weight of 0.72 carats with a clarity of SI1 to I1 and color of F-H. The ring has a weight of 7.80 grams and is a size of 7 US. The piece comes with a GIA (Gemology Institute of America GIA Emerald Report 6204240837) and AIG (American International Gemologists AIG Report Number 000720008004) gemology report and appraisal which confirms the above info and gives a value of $24,770.00.
