Ring size N CONDITION REPORT Very good condition. Octagonal bezel measures approximately 11mm x 9.8mm. Diamonds all clean bright stones. Emeralds in good condition, some minor chips, two possibly replaced as they are mixed cut rather than calibre cut. Setting in good condition commensurate with age, engraved decoration to sides. Lower section of shank has possibly been replaced / strengthened. A very pretty ring. Total gross weight approximately 2.9 grams

The clasp is possibly not gold. The emeralds vary in size from 8.5mm x 6mm to approximately 5mm x 4mm. Many of the links are soldered with lead repairs, some links would appear to be brass / base metal and one link is broken and needs further repair. Length 16cm. There are two brilliant cut diamonds approximately 1.2mm diameter. Emeralds of good colour and clarity. Mounts appear to be 18ct gold but not hallmarked. No maker's marks. Body approximately 3.5mm wide, width of the coiled body from head across to the tail is 16mm wide. Ring size difficult to estimate precisely, probably J / K. Marks and signature are clear to read. Provenance: The vendor inherited this ring a few years ago and has shown it to Cartier, London, who were very happy with the authenticity of this piece. Accompanied by a Cartier cloth pouch which they supplied but no paperwork. Total gross weight approximately 13.6 grams
