An early 19th century yellow metal fancy guard chain with 6mm round belcher style links, each link with stamped diamond crosshatch decoration, the clasp in the form of a hand with cuff, the forefinger set with a small emerald, length 132cm, weight 46.9g, tests as 14+ carat. All the links look good, the hand clasp does not clip well, but is otherwise in good condition.
