Central stone has crack otherwise good. Cushion shaped diamonds each approx. 4mm x 4.5mm - one is approx. 2.5mm deep, the other approx. 2.9mm deep.

Extremely fine condition. A large wearable size. Property of a central London collector; acquired from a large private collection formed in the 1980s. Cf. Oman, C.C. 3rd-2nd century BC. A matched pair of gold earrings, each a square plaque with ribbed border, inset emerald bead, bar beneath with three long dangles, s-curved wire to the reverse. 7.02 grams total, 37mm (1 1/2"). Very fine condition. Property of a London gentleman; acquired before 1995. The emeralds are quite good quality for the period, and probably orginated in Cleopatra's Mines, in Egypt.
