an 1814 Issue silk colour of No.15 Company, Coldstream Guards. A Union flag, 68 in. x 78 in., with painted decoration. The centre bearing St Edward's Crown above the company symbol (Carolingian crown), 'EGYPT', the Sphinx between laurel sprays, 'BARROSA', a bugle-horn , 'PENINSULA' and 'WATERLOO'. The horizontal arm of the cross inscribed 'LINCELLES' and 'TALAVERA'. The numeral 'XV' in the canton. This colour was recently discovered in near-relic condition and has been expertly restored on a museum quality mount to display the obverse face.

Hilt dirty. Would clean up. 2 - Black patching to blade, hilt a little wiggly.
