A VICTORIAN FLINTSHIRE RIFLES SWORD BY FIRMIN OF LONDON. An 1827 Pattern Rifle Officers sword by Firmin & Sons, 153 Strand and 13 Conduit Street London, with a 83.5cm fullered single sided blade, previously sharpened, with etched decoration and marked with Victorian Royal Initials beneath a Crown and 'Flintshire Rifles'. The steel hilt with a slung bugle beneath a crown, with wire bound grip. 97cm, in a later scabbard.
A 19TH CENTURY HANGER. A 19th century brass stirrup hilted hanger with curved 72cm single edged blade with a full length fuller. With a lion's head pommel and leather bound grip with a Light Infantry bugle affixed to the guard. The knuckle bow has been fashioned from a spoon handle with spurious silver marks. 85cm overall length.
AN 1827 RIFLE VOLUNTEERS SWORD AND SCABBARD. The sword with an 81.5cm slightly curved fullered blade with crown and crossed palm decoration, marked 'Rifle Volunteers' the open hilt with crowned and suspended bugle decoration, the grip with wire bound fish skin and a stepped pommel. With steel scabbard with double ring suspension. 99cm.
Hitler Youth 1939 Bugle, standard model brass and nickel silver bugle with makers details of “F X HULLER & CO GRASLITZ 1939” and with crude political style engraved eagle and swastika underneath. To the side of the bugle is engraved in gothic script “Landdienst der hj” with Hitler Youth diamond below. Twist cord lanyard attached to the bugle. Some light dents and wear but generally in good condition. This auction comprises a private European collection of WW2 German militaria, mostly consisting of cloth headdress and steel helmets. This collection has been put together over a period of time from private house buys, flea markets (flohmarkt) and internet auction sites. MORRIS, LONDON AN EXTREMELY RARE .650 FLINTLOCK SERVICE-RIFLE, MODEL 'PATTERN 1776 LIGHT INFANTRY RIFLE (2ND MODEL)', no visible serial number, circa 1805, with slightly swamped octagonal 28in. barrel rifled in seven grooves, shallow brass fore-sight, Tower proofs at breech, the top-tang engraved with a light infantry bugle device and pierced for a probably later aperture sight (now absent), flat bevel-edged lock with stepped and pointed tail signed 'MORRIS', 'G.R.' and crown device below the semi-rainproof pan, swan-neck cock, roller to the frizzen spring, walnut full-stock with brass furniture including patchbox to the right hand side of butt, shaped heel-plate with stepped top-spur, spurred trigger-guard tang, moulded side-plate, ramrod thimbles with rolled ends and captive iron ramrod, the stirrup mounted to the muzzle-sides..

Victorian 1st VB King’s Liverpool Regiment Officer’s Levee Rifle Pattern Sword.A rare example of the pattern. The single edged narrow blade is etched with a Crowned VR cypher, regimental title “1st Vol Batt. The King’s Liverpool Regt”. Also entwined initials (possibly HRA). The guard of the hilt incorporating a Victorian crowned strung bugle device. Housed in correct steel scabbard with two loose rings. Etching to blade VGC and clear, overall good clean condition.
10th Princess Mary’s Own Gurkha Rifles post 1953 Officer’s pouch belt.Good patent leather example mounted with lion’s head boss, three strand chain, whistle and ornate holder. Plate comprising laurel sprays surmounted by a crown which rests on a blank tablet. Within the laurels, a strung bugle with kukri and ‘10’ between the cords resting on a scroll inscribed “PRINCESS MARY’S OWN”. The Regiment’s battle honours adorn the laurel wreath. Complete with pouch, the face bearing regimental strung bugle device. Plating dull. GC
A Daily Bugle "TIMES SCARE!" newspaper from Sam Raimi's superhero adventure Spider-Man. Daily Bugle publisher J. Jonah Jameson (J.K. Simmons) held a newspaper featuring a battle in Times Square between Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire) and The Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe) while he conversed with Spider-Man's alter ego, Peter Parker, in his office. This newspaper consists of a black, white, and red production-made newspaper cover dated "TUESDAY OCTOBER 22, 2001" reading "TIMES SCARE!" over an image of the fight with the caption "Spider-Man, Green Goblin Attack City!" underneath. The interior and back of the cover feature several more stories, TV listings, and a weather report.
