A good selection of 20th century Royal Green Jackets related items, most of which will date from the second half of the 20th century.To include: a double sided regimental flag with applied Royal Green Jackets device, hemmed edges, plus toggle and rope for attaching to a pole (approximately 136cm x 92cm)Plus, a mounted presentation bugle with applied badge to the top, a leather covered swagger stick with nickel pommel and regimental device to the top, 3 framed cap badges, another 2 loose badges with missing slides (they appear to have been mounted on something previously), 5 bullion embroidered regimental badges, a boxed set of base metal regimental cuff links, tie pin and lapel badge, a base metal photo frame with engraved regimental badge, and a green stable belt.14 items.Condition: generally good.The flag is very good and without damage.The bugle is good, but its base has a sticky residue evident and the whole piece requires cleaning.The framed badges seem to be good, but the frame is sealed and we unable to see the backs.The cuff link set, belt, photograph frame and swagger stick are all in good condition.
A 9ct gold reproduction Victorian Etruscan Revival style turquoise and cultured pearl set brooch. Set with a central round turquoise cabochon and five oval shaped turquoise, with 20 cultured pearls, formed into a five pointed star shape. With a revolver safety catch, gross weight approximately 10.4 grams. Along with a seed pearl set bugle and horseshoe brooch in gold, with an obscured Chester hallmark and steel pin. Gross weigh approximately 1.4 grams.

Cornish Politics Interest Prime Minister’s Visit, Tregrehan, Par Station 23rd June, 1927, bound in green boards, with gilt lettering to the front cover, the bookplate of John Blowey, printed by Oscar Blackford, Gazette & News Office , Truro. A very good copy.The then prime mininster right hon. Stanley Baldwin and his wife visited Tregrehan House (home of the Carlyon family) on the 23rd June 1927, where they were entertained to a programme of general sports/music from Camborne Town Band and Bugle Silver Band followed by dancing on the green with music by the Camborne Jazz Band and the Launceston Umps band. 22 pages including advertisements. Tipped in is a letter signed by Edmund Carlyon and dated 21st Oct,1901, together with various newspaper cuttings relating to Ms Gillian Carlyon.Together with a souvenir programme relating to the Coronation Trip to London, May 26th & 27th,1937 by the North Cornwall Unionist Conservative and Unionist Assoc. Five pages with the programme giving details from arrival at Waterloo Station at 6.13 a.m. to departure that day at 11.30 p.m. culminating in ’’ any person getting lost, please go to the police station’’.
