A close-up of this Daily Bugle design was seen in newspaper dispensers in the film, but featured a different headline.Printed on newspaper stock, the headline reads "Enough!", with the sub-heading "Citizen's Call for Wall-Crawler's Arrest" and an image of Spider-Man crawling up a skyscraper. The German-edition Spider-Man Amazing Fantasy #15 comic is autographed by Lee in black ink. Completing the lot is a photograph of the superhero from the 1970s series The Amazing Spider-Man, which is autographed in black ink by Hammond, who played Peter Parker in that TV show. Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) threw a Daily Bugle newspaper away in anger after he began to lose his powers. Printed on newspaper stock, the Daily Bugle masthead runs across the top, and the headline reads "Spidey And Ock Rob Bank", with an image of Spider-Man above the streets of New York. The inside contains filler pages featuring unrelated news content. There are minor signs of creasing and fading in places, and two pieces of tape are adhered to the back. Two corners on the front exhibit diagonal fold lines, and differ in colour. The lot comes with a Columbia Pictures certificate of authenticity. Simmons) published a variety of newspapers featuring negatively-framed stories about Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire).This set consists of five "Daily Bugle" newspapers. Four feature covers with headlines about Spider-Man and interior pages about the murders of the Oscorp board of directors, while one features a cover headlined "Statue of Liberty Harbors Drugs" and additional related stories on the interior pages. A RARE FINE QUALITY PLATED AND GILT CAST COPPER POWDER FLASK, decorated to the front in deep relief with stands of arms, palm trees and Arabs on horseback rescuing a maiden from a wild beast, plated reverse, the nickel top adjustable for 35 through to 50 grains of powder, struck with a bugle horn maker's mark, together with a further embossed copper powder flask decorated with a huntsman and hound to either side. Gilding rubbed on the high points and plating losses to the reverse. (2)

A 1ST DURHAM VOLUNTEER RIFLE CORPS PRESENTATION SWORD, 82cm slightly curved blade profusely etched with scrolling foliage, stands of arms, oak leaves, laurel sprays, a figure of Victory, strung bugle horns, a crowned VR cypher and PRESENTED TO CAPTAIN THOMPSON BY THE EFFECTIVE MEMBERS OF THE FIRST DURHAM VOLUNTEER RIFLE CORPS AS A TOKEN OF THEIR ESTEEM AND REGARD AND IN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF HIS ZEAL AND ENERGY IN PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF THE CORPS APRIL 1861, pierced and plated hilt decorated with scrolling foliage, oak leaves and laurel sprays, regimental devices and the arms of the city, silver wire bound fishskin grip, contained in its plated steel scabbard with pierced foliate mounts decorated to match, complete with silver bullion knot.

Probably the sword of Captain W. D. G. Batten of the 3rd Gurkha Rifles. (2)

Hawking & Hunting.- Turberville (George) The Booke of Falconrie or Hawking, second edition, issue with catchword "of" on A1r, 1611; The Noble Art of Venerie or Hunting, second edition, 1611, together 2 works in 1 vol., largely printed in black letter, woodcut title vignettes, the first showing the Earl of Warwick in hunting costume, numerous woodcut illustrations, some full-page, the first work with final blank, the second with initial blank and 4pp. bugle calls with musical notation at end, upper corner of many ff., especially in second work, skilfully repaired, with no loss of text, later red morocco, gilt, g.e., [Schwerdt II, 271-272; STC 24325 & 24329], 4to, Printed by Thomas Purfoot⁂ A handsome copy of two of the most important hawking and hunting works of the 16th century, first published in 1575, and nearly always found together. The first work is an adaptation of the works of Giorgi, Carcano, Tardif and Artelouche; the second (sometimes attributed to George Gascoigne) is essentially a translation of Du Fouilloux's La Venerie. Some of the woodcuts contain portraits of the monarch and these have been altered from Queen Elizabeth I in the 1575 editions to King James I in those of 1611, although that on p.112 of the first work still features part of Elizabeth's riding habit.
