Rare 1910 'The Charm of Gardens' Book by Dion Clayton Calthrop with inscription 'J Austin Esq, in appreciation of a little Gloucestershire garden. The big results of which have so often been appreciated in the busy office of a busy city (dated) 1915', by Calthrop in his typical beautiful handwriting, additionally signed by Austin's daughter Eileen in 1943 to the same page, overall used condition, fully complete, tightly bound, split to spine, spotting, rubbing to boards, no other example of a fully inscribed copy has been offered for sale.
