Lot 29

1997 Land Rover Defender 90 WOLF 2.5 litre 300TDI 4 wheel drive utility vehicle Ex MOD NO RESERVE  Offered in original specification Note To Bidders; This vehicle is subject to VAT on the hammer price therefore VAT at 20% will be added to the hammer price and the buyers premium.   Registration: Not registered Chassis: SALLDAA67VA119861 Odometer: 47315 Kilometres Transmission:  Manual MOT: None  â€¢ Fitted with rear seats  â€¢ Full roll cage  â€¢ Unaltered military specification Outside As to be expected of an Ex MOD Wolf, most bodywork panels will have had a knock or a scrape. There is a new drivers door and door top, some damage to the lower parts of the both rear quarters and a 30mm hole in the passenger door. The Wolfs chassis is good and free from rot as the uprated chassis' were given extra corrosion protection from the factory. The PVC hood looks in good order with no rips or tears. The 4 Wolf wheels are in good order with decent tyres.  Inside Not much to note about the interior, as basic as they come, although everything appears to be present and correct.  Mechanics  Under the bonnet there's a reconditioned replacement 300 TDI engine which can be identified by the turquoise paint and the plate on the rocker cover detailing it was fitted in 2017. It starts and runs well, pulls through all the gears and stops as its should. The vehicle will need MOT'ing before registering for the road so will no doubt need some remedial work to get the MOT.  History  Our Wolf was repatriated last year from Kenya along with a number of others, hence the desert coloured camouflage and on returning to the UK has had some new parts fitted as they had all been liberated by Kenyans local to military base where they were stationed. As mentioned above the vehicle has had a replacement reconditioned engine fitted in 2017 and there is no way of knowing how many miles this engine will have covered. Our Opinion  Defender Wolfs cannot be compared to a standard Defender 90 as they have many uprated features from the factory, these include strengthened and rust proofed chassis, full internal roll cage, higher power output engine and uprated differentials. This Wolf looks like a great vehicle to use as is or improve and modify as you see fit. We have sold a few through our plant auctions that have been modified into quite special vehicles. It will be supplied with MOD release document in order for the winning bidder to register for the road after an MOT has been obtained.

Lot 21

2015 Land Rover Defender 110 Heritage 2.2 TDCI 7 seat station wagon NO RESERVE  Registration: L22 HUE Chassis:  Odometer: 96 Colour: Green  Fuel Type: Diesel Engine Size: 2198cc Transmission: Manual MOT: March 2024 - Delivery mileage ultimate collectors Defender Outside  In as new condition Inside  In as new condition  Mechanicals  In as new condition, recently serviced and MOT'd by Land Rover main agent Ribblesdale Land Rover  History  Known to us since new, the vendor is a good customer of our plant auction business who bought the car new from Ribblesdale Land Rover , drove it to his climate controlled shed and parked her up as part of his Land Rover collection. Started up and run on a regular basis and given a clean bill of health when serviced by Ribblesdale last month.   Our Opinion  The most collectable of the last run of Defenders, a rare opportunity to buy a 110 Heritage in as new condition.
