1963 Land Rover Series IIA Transmission: manualMileage:72490The 1963 Land Rover Series IIA was a versatile and rugged off-road vehicle produced from 1961 to 1971. It was available in a variety of body styles including a two-door pick-up truck, a three door station wagon, and a two door utility vehicle. It was powered by a 2.25 litre four-cylinder engine that produced 72bhp and 114 lb-ft of torque. The 1963 Land Rover Series IIA had a number of updates over its predecessor, including improved seating and larger windows. It also had a new gearbox, a revised dashboard, and a more powerful engine. It was known for its excellent off-road capabilities, thanks to its sturdy construction, high ground clearance, and four-wheel drive system. It was commonly used by farmers, military organisations, and adventurers alike.This superb example of this iconic British four-wheel drive model has been the subject of a major rebuild and is presented in dark green with a tan interior. It was declared manufactured in 1963 and served in the Ministry of Defence until 1971 when it was then UK registered. It has recently been rebuilt on a galvanised chassis with new panel, Exmoor trim tan seats, new canvas roof covering and frame. Its original steering wheel has also been refurbished and covered in the same tan material to match the seats and stitching. This is probably one of the finest examples of this Land Rover model we have seen with the underside looking as good as the rest of the vehicle. Today, the 1963 Land Rover Series IIA is a sought-after classic car and is highly prized by collectors and enthusiasts for its rugged charm and timeless design.

2000 Rover Mini Cooper Sport Transmission: manualMileage:19961The Mini represents the most enduring of designs and occupies an unbroken thread from the early sixties right through to the present day. Since production ceased, the revered model has been in increased demand from both collectors and those willing to use this tough, utilitarian vehicle in the way it was designed for. It was only in 1989, following the introduction of the all-new Land Rover Discovery, that the Defender received its own name. This was not only a marketing exercise; the new Defender received a raft of upgrades, along with a new turbo diesel engine that brought useful increases in power, torque, and fuel economy when compared with the old, normally aspirated diesel it was based on. Often boasting large 'Defender' logos, the Land Rover went through a continuous process of development, gaining disc brakes and power-assisted steering as standard during the 1990s, together with a host of other improvements.This beautiful unmodified Land Rover was originally supplied 28th September 2012. This Jaguar was colour changed to match the original red and black leather interior and a legendry Wald 'Black Bison' body styling kit was fitted by the current owner. Complemented with a tuned exhaust to make the most of the V8 engine, without making it too loud. The Jaguar has been fitted with X358 door mirrors and comes with a Piano Black dashboard and trim. Also fitted to the car is a UK specified Sat Nav, UK instruments, radio code, and owner's manual. Offered with two keys and a separate boot key, this Jaguar also comes with a Parrot phone kit, tools, and an unused spare tyre. 1988 Range Rover Vogue SE by Kingsley Cars (4.8 litre) Transmission: manualMileage:63000Kingsley Cars Ltd are best known for the re-engineered programme. They have been re-engineering classic Range Rovers since 2011, utilising more modern mechanics, in car entertainment, interior trimming, braking and suspension. The final product is nothing short of a masterpiece, affectively what has become known as a 'restomod', these Range Rovers are in huge demand today and cost in the region of £170,000 to build.The car you see today is where it all began, as the first Kingsley Cars Ltd demonstrator back in 2011. The car is fitted with a high torque 4.8 litre Kingsley fettled Rover V8, producing 275bhp. The engine was replaced by Kingsley in 2022, only covering around 3,000 miles since. Power is fed through a five-speed manual transmission, with short shift kit, making this Range Rover a delight to drive and really freeing up the engine compared with the more common automatic transmissions found in Range Rover's of this era. The suspension is adjustable and provides far better body control to the original offering. The car is presented in a stunning dark metallic silver, with red St James quilted leather interior. The leather doesn't stop there either, the parcel tray, grab handles and door cards are also shod in leather. The headlining and roof pillars are all trimmed with grey Alcantara, and the wool carpets are also bound in leather. Overall, the interior of this Range Rover is on a whole different level to the original car, making it feel far more modern accentuating the quality of the work carried out by Kingsley in 2011.Adding to the modern upgrades, the car has an upgraded sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, meaning it really offers everything you may need if you intend to use a classic as a daily driver. The lighting system has also been improved over the ageing original items. The headlights are now LED units with 650 Lumens low beam and 760 Lumens high beam, driving lamps have also been converted to Xenon.If you want to join the latest 'restomod' craze, this Range Rover by Kingsley could fit the bill perfectly. You are very unlikely to ever see another on the road and for those that know, this is just about as good as classic Range Rover ownership gets. Our vendor tells us the car can perform just like a sports car when needed, the engine and handling upgrades have created a car which is worlds apart from the original and yet the Range Rover can quite easily slip under the radar and be used as a relaxing daily driver at the same time. Offered with a very sensible estimate, this may be the only chance you have to buy a Kingsley fettled Range Rover for quite some time.

1977 Morgan Plus 8 Transmission: manualMileage:66236The Morgan Plus 8 began production in 1968 and continued all the way through until 2004. The iconic Plus 8 returned in 2012 for a further six years, ending production again in 2018. Its iconic design remained largely unchanged throughout its life, lightweight construction, and powerful V8 engine. The Plus 8 is built on a steel chassis with a handcrafted aluminium body and Morgan's famous ash wooden frame. The Plus 8 is powered by the tried and tested 3.5 litre Rover V8 engine, which provides exhilarating acceleration, aided further by the immensely low weight of around 830kg. It also features a five-speed manual transmission.This particular example presents beautifully in dark green with a beige leather interior. The interior looks amazing, having been retrimmed in 2021 at the cost of £4,100 by an ex-Morgan employee, who completed the work exactly how it would have been done by Morgan themselves. The bodywork looks equally as impressive, it isn't freshly painted to concours standard, but it certainly doesn't require any attention. The car is supplied with full weather gear, including side screens, tonneau cover and hood.The engine is where the magic happens on this example, having been fitted with Viper fast road camshafts, Rhoades lifters, gas flowed heads, Hedman manifolds and four-barrel Holley carburettor. Our vendor reports this car is very fast and would make an excellent hill climb or sprint car, whilst remaining very useable on the road. The car was dyno tested at 284bhp, offering a strong improvement over the original engine. The car comes with a good amount of paperwork with a detailed handwritten record of works carried out between 2003 and 2011 and a strong amount of invoices detailing various works carried out over the years.Our vendor confesses he is a 'tinkerer' who enjoys having a project on the go, so is selling his beloved Morgan mainly to free up some space in his workshop. Having owed various classic cars over the years, he admits he enjoys restoring them but possibly doesn't give them the use they deserve. This is a fantastic example of the mighty V8 powered Morgan, which presents great value for money when compared with its rivals of the day.

It has been used sparingly throughout her ownership, having covered just 4,000 miles within that period. It has always been kept in a dry garage and was largely unused within the last eight years. 1992 Range Rover Vogue SE (3.9 Litre) Transmission: automaticMileage:62237The first-generation Range Rover was produced between 1970 and 1996. The original car was not designed as a luxury-type 4x4; while certainly up-market compared to preceding Land Rover models, the early Range Rovers had fairly basic, utilitarian interiors with vinyl seats and plastic dashboards designed to be washed down with a hose. Features such as power assisted steering, carpeted floors, air conditioning, cloth/leather seats and wooden interior trim were fitted later. The Range Rover was a body-on-frame design with a box section ladder type chassis similar to contemporary Land Rovers. The Range Rover utilised coil springs as opposed to leaf springs, permanent four-wheel drive and four-wheel disc brakes and was originally powered by the Rover V8 engine.Supplied originally by Mann Egerton & Co. Ltd in Hatfield on 2nd February 1992, this Range Rover presents in delightful condition. The Aspen Silver coachwork is virtually unmarked, and the grey leather has a patina commensurate with the age and mileage. The 3.9 litre V8 engine starts on the button and runs well, and we are advised she drives as good as she looks. Service history is important on these classic Range Rovers and this one has been very well cared for, with two service books. Supplied with a V5 registration document and the original handbooks, this Vogue SE comes with the cherished number plate of 1135 UN. Driving a Range Rover is effortless, particularly in automatic guise as this one is, the air conditioning and electric seats all aid towards driver comfort. These fabulous cars always attract admiring glances wherever they appear. This super example will attract more than most.

2005 MG ZT Estate Transmission: manualMileage:63444In 2001, three years after the launch of the Rover 75, and less than a year after the demerger of MG Rover from BMW, the MG ZT and MG ZT-T were launched. During the cars' development, the models were codenamed X10 and X11, for the saloon and estate versions, respectively. The basic shape and styling of the MG ZT remained the same as for the Rover 75 but with changes to the front bumper, now with an integrated grille, and detail alterations including colour coding of the chromed waistline, a new boot lid plinth, and different alloy wheels and tyres sizes. During the first few months of 2004, MG Rover facelifted the design of the ZT and ZT-T to a less retro look, at the same time as the Rover 75 received a facelift. This didn't feature much in the way of mechanical differences to the ZT, most changes were merely aesthetic. The main changes to the car included the replacement of the twin headlamps, with a new, clear single headlamp unit. Between 2003 and 2006 the top of the ZT range, and the rarest, was rear wheel drive and powered by the Ford 4601cc V8 engine giving 300bhp, 0-60mph in 6.3 seconds and a top speed of 155mph.This rare MG ZT is best described as a 'wolf in sheep's clothing'. A relatively unassuming vehicle from the outside, with the only visible feature being the large bore exhausts. However, start the engine and suddenly you become aware of the Ford Mustang 4.6 litre V8 under the bonnet. This is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox making this a true drivers car and one to really enjoy on the open road. Performance is put at 260bhp and 407NM of torque. The interior is trimmed in black leatherette and cloth seats with electric windows, electric mirrors and digital climate control with air conditioning. Showing just 63,444 miles on the odometer, the previous owner fitted a bespoke (and very expensive) stainless steel exhaust system with sports cats and central silencer box, coupled to an OE back-box, helping unleash a little more sound of the American dream. Supplied with a V5C registration document and a current MoT test certificate valid until October 2023, together with the original book pack and a collection of invoices. This stylish MG estate is both a capable load carrier and a truly exciting car to drive.
