A 1998 Rover Mini 1275 Paul Smith limited edition, registration number S67 UBL, chassis number SAXXNWAZEWD162019, engine number 12A2LL88371205, blue. Originally unveiled at the prestigious Tokyo Motor Show in 1997, the Paul Smith limited edition was part of the Great Mini Collection which also featured David Bowie's chromed Mini and Kate Moss's Webb version. The Paul Smith Mini has a world wide production run of 1800 with only 300 available on the British market featuring the distinctive blue coachwork which was by repute modelled on the colour of Paul's shirt which he wore at the meeting to discuss the design with Rover. The rest of the production run features less striking Old English white or Anthracite black paintwork. Other distinctive features of the Paul Smith edition are the citrus green rocker cover, HT leads, and inside of the glove box painted green, petrol tank and boot boards. Further enhancements include the 24ct gold plated bonnet badge, black leather upholstery, special boot badge, front fog lamps and a denim tool roll. This well presented example has been restored by the previous owner which started in 2006 with the bodywork being rebuilt and resprayed at a cost of nearly £6,000, the wheels were refurbished, new chrome work and a new clutch was fitted. The black leather remains original and is in good condition. Since completion the Mini has attended shows and rallies and has covered a low mileage in the current ownership. Still presenting well this rare limited edition Mini will be offered for auction with a history file containing Paul Smith advertising memorabilia including a rare un-opened camera, gift bags, sales brochures, receipts and previous MOTs. V5C, MOT to June 2019 See illustrations
A 1993 Rover Mini Mayfair, registration number K437 XRU, blue. This Mini Mayfair is in time warp condition having had one lady owner prior to our vendor. With only 17,700 miles on the odometer this automatic and genuine low mileage Mini is presented in very good condition. The car was maintained by the current owners garage and was gifted to him in 2011 when the first owner gave up driving. As one would expect the Mini has been maintained as necessary to keep the car in running condition. The Mini will be offered for sale with a history file containing previous MOTs, receipts, original dealer warranty, a stamped service book and handbooks. This low mileage and genuine Mini would be a great addition to any collection and is only reluctantly for sale due to the vendor finding increasingly difficult to drive (due to having knee trouble). V5C, MOT to May 2019 See illustrations

A 1963 Triumph Vitesse 6 1600 saloon, registration number 2600 KM, chassis number HB/15105-DL, engine number HB/15013-HE, body number 8794/HBD, Gunmetal grey. With 71,000 miles from new, this charming two owner Vitesse is very original. The Triumph has been maintained as necessary to retain as much originality as possible. The first owner a Miss E M Svendsen purchased the car from Miles Limited, Maidstone, Kent (Triumph/Rover main dealers) on 18th October 1963 the registration number 2600 KM (transferable) which it still retains to this day. Our vendor, the second owner, purchased the Triumph in 2000 and recommissioned the Vitesse for the road since the car had been in storage for the previous ten years. Since the initial recommissioning the Triumph has been maintained by the vendor (a retired Standard/Triumph mechanic) including a gearbox strip down where the bearings were replaced and used annually to attend numerous classic car rallys and shows. Finished in grey with a grey vynide interior, the Vitesse was equipped by the factory with a heater, windscreen washers, disc brakes and new type facia and engine. This original and low mileage Vitesse is offered for auction with a large history file containing the original stamped service booklet, workshop and spares manuals, receipts, V5, Heritage Certificate and some spares. 1998 Mini Paul Smith, 1275 cc. Registration number S190 LVN. Chassis number SAXXNWAZEWD161688. Engine number 12A2LL88 370755. Originally designed as part of the Great British minis (along with David Bowie's chromed mini, Natasha Caine's bullion mini, Kate Moss's Spider Web mini and the 'Design a mini' competition winner Mark ward's clock cogs mini), the 84 striped, 24 colour car (it is believed two were made) appeared at the 1997 Tokyo Motor Show, and inspired a run of limited edition minis. 300 UK cars were made, with a total of 1800 worldwide. The Paul Smith mini is one of the best equipped limited edition minis, (based on the 1275 cc Sprite) and in the UK, was only available in Paul Smith Blue. This colour is reputed to be the colour of the shirt that Paul Smith was wearing at the meeting with the Rover designers, and when asked what colour he wanted the car, he tore a section off his shirt!! The Japanese spec cars were also available in Old English White, and Anthracite Black, together with air conditioning. The Paul Smith Mini was designed to mimic a Paul Smith Suit. It had a conservative appearance, but had a bright twist! Several parts were given the 'Paul Smith' treatment and were coloured in bright Citrus Green. These parts were the rocker cover, HT leads, inside the glove box, the petrol tank and the boot board. The PS Mini was available from May 1998 at a cost of £10,225 on the road. LVN has had four previous owners, our lady owner having purchased it in August 2010 from a Richard Bell of York who had owned it since 2004. She drove it for a couple of years and stored it with the intention of a full restoration. This has not happened and now the dry garage is no longer available so she has reluctantly decided to let it go to a new home. It started readily when viewed but will require recommissioning/restoration. Sold with the V5C, MOT's from 2011 and 2012 when the mileage was just over 81,000, a very rare Paul Smith Mini brochure in its carrier bag and other brochures that came with the car. Please note the map of England and bonnet badge are missing.
