An historic illuminated address awarded to Harry Smith Esq, Managing Director of The Rover Company Limited, dated 1915The illuminated address with gilt highlights, with images of Rover cars, bicycles, motorbikes, shop and Coventry, with inscription being the address, thanking him for appreciation of 30 years in connection with the company, signed by various individuals and dated 20th November 1915, the illuminated by Walter Smyth, 32 High Street, Coventry, 53 x 40cm, framed and glazed. Harry Smith was the Managing Director of Rover Cars from 1902. He transformed the company from producing bicycles to manufacturing of motor vehicles.

A Miller & Co. 'Regalite' Acetylene Gas Lamp A circa 1910 lamp inscribed 'Rover Company Ltd., it has its original nickel-plated finish, rear mounting bracket, original burner and its original delivery box. Together with a similar period 'Monarch' lamp. (3)
