An elegant white Marble cased mantle Clock having a two-train movement, the white face with Roman numerals and regulator spindle concealed in the rim of the face above the 12 o'clock position, the face with the name ''Polonie Paris'', the brass movement stamped 1834 and having an external count wheel. The clock is surmounted by the figure of a young fisherman holding a lute, leaning on a rock with a fishing net draped and gazing at a portrait miniature of his loved one, the ground at his feet with sea-shells, 16 3/8" high x 9 7/8" wide x 5 7/8" deep.
