Miniature portrait of an Irish Lord Lieutenant by F.C.Robinson. A fine quality paining, depicting the head and shoulders of a lord lieutenant. He is shown wearing scarlet coatee, with box pattern, silver bullion epaulettes. To is collar can be clearly seen, shamrock embroidery. Signed F. Robinson.
