Portrait is sealed within the frame and has not been removed for inspection. Under UV light the edgings to collar and to epaulettes show up dark, as do areas around the neck and some outlining areas to sleeves etc. The thickness of the paint around the lapels, collar and neck and epaulettes also are quite thickly painted.
